Preferences – Where’s my apartment? Who are my roommates? Uh, where do I live?

All Preferences are prioritized in the order in which you sign your lease. This includes but is not limited to parking, roommates, floor, location, etc. Nothing is guaranteed –but we can promise we will do our best to meet each of your requests to the best of our ability!

Roommates are matched using a “best-fit” system. This means we try to assign you and group with individuals matching your application preferences. To optimize the chances of a successful roommate match, we try to keep the pool of residents to be matched as open as possible –unless specific requests or identifications are prescribed beforehand.
